I feel everyone has a right to the internet and all things that it has to offer. However, I can only imagine how daunting it might be to have a website. My hosting company will provide a free 2GB account that they will be able to use to build their sites. They will be able to set up as many subdomains as they will need to make their site work out. They will have to provide a credit card number. This is not so they can charge, but to reduce the chances of a customer cheating the system by having multiple free accounts. Every free account is tied to a person, and a credit card number. The free account is available for personal accounts only. Any business applying for the free plan can get their account closed as a violation of the TOS, and their domain banned.

They will have to acquire the domain from their preferred registrar. My hosting company will not be providing registrar services, but will offer links to registrar services that the customer can use, Since the free account is for personal accounts only – this will allow the individual to have a place on the internet for their needs.
