Contact

There will be a number of options that one will be able to contact FSP Host. For the point of this site, I will assume that I would have fsp.host. Obviously, if that address for some reason is not available, then I would pick a new domain, but I don’t see me having the resources for a hosting company, and I won’t be looking into a reseller account. The options are as follows:

  • Chat: https://fsp.host/chat
  • Email: cs@fsp.host
  • Telephone: +1 412 FSP HOST
  • Web: https://fsp.host

Customer service will be preferred to be with chat at the respective URL as noted. This chat applet will use CSS, PHP, and XHTML to communicate with the representative. This will be billing, and support options with specialties such as email, or hosting, and ftp will be made. The help is to address actual web problems, and are not intended to provide help with writing your web pages, or installing CMS?.

Email can be sent to cs@fsp.host, and you would receive a reply from cs+5digit (such as cs15222@fsp.host) in a reply. This will allow you to have a single person addressing the problem so you don’t have to repeat yourself with another agent. As a policy, financial information will be discouraged, and customer service will not ask for financial information via email. This is because email is not an encrypted source of commutations.

There will be a telephone number required for credit card disputes, but that would be all. The choice for a 412 telephone number is the company is local to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and there is no need for a toll-free number since most calls these days are carried through a cellular telephone service that would charge the same for a 412 number or a toll-free number.

Last is web. The site will be small beyond the help site (https://help.fsp.host). The help site will have pages to provide information on how to do things like add a new domain? or subdomain?. You would also get email help, and FTP help pages. There will also be a forum for new customers to get help from more experienced customers, and of course – technical support will browse through the site to make sure everything is correct, especially in the forums.

For nameservers which is vital for web hosting, the nameservers will be as follows:

  • ns1.fsp.host
  • ns2.fsp.host
  • ns3.fsp.host
  • ns4.fsp.host

It is recommended that you provide your registrar with all four nameservers. This is how the internet knows that your domain is hosted with FSP Hosting Solutions. This also applies to free customers, and those paying the highest plan available.
