There will be a number of plans available including a free plan for non-business websites. The plans offer a number of features that will be common to all plans with the only difference being the price and storage options. All plans offer the following:
Email Capabilities
First, the customer will have the ability to have a catch-all address system in place. This will allow the customer to have anything@you.com and it go to another address. The only condition is the catch-all must go to another address of the same domain. If therefore, the above catch-all must go to a you.com address. This will be designed in such a way to reduce the chances of SPAM. The customer will also be notified that there is a chance of higher SPAM by using a catch-all.
For sending and receiving email, there will be a mail server that will allow the client to use their preferred choice of email client. The mail server will always be email.you.com. Next, the customer could go to https://email.you.com to get to the webmail login platform. The customer will enter the email address and password.
All accounts will allow for auto-responders which is email that is sent automatically when it receives an email. The only catch is the email will only send to an auto-responder to an address once per hour. This will prevent flooding an email with auto-responder emails while replying to an auto-responder. For example, if john@doe.com sent an email to areply@you.com, and has a vacation notice turned on, then sending the email will initiate an auto-reply, it will not respond to the vacation reply.
Server Capabilities
The server capabilities are features that make a capable, and functioning machine running. All servers will be rack mount servers with a 4U configuration to give as many drives, and heat fans to move the hot CPU temperature from the server.
There will be server grade motherboards running AMD high end CPUs. 32GB of memory will be installed to keep everything running smoothly. All servers will support server side programming such as CGI, PHP, and SSI. All storage drives will be higher end SSDs intended to run on a web server. All systems will notify the tech support team if there are any issues. Fiber Optic Internet connection will assure that all of the servers can provide a speedy service.
CPanel will be used for the customer back end. The customer will also see how much storage is available, and be able to manage features such as email, and email storage limits, sub-domains, and support options at the finger tips.
Website Capabilities
Probably the most recognizable feature will be the support for server side coding such as CGI, and PHP. In addition, .htaccess file can also be used, and created. ASP (Active Server Pages) will not be supported on the website.
Just as important is FTP access. The sub-domain will be the folder to add content to. For example, if you have https://contact.you.com, then you would see contact.you.com as a folder in when logging in via FTP.
Your account will support unlimited domains, and sub-domains. Keep in mind that you would have a limit in how much space you are using. In addition, you will not be allowed to resell services.
Every domain will have its own MySQL database which will be located at https://sql.you.com. A customer can then make a number of databases, and tables to meet their needs. MySQL is very important for CMS systems like Joomla, and WordPress.
For pointing the servers to the proper name servers, you would want to used the options below.

Prices
There are 6 plans – all of which has a price, and a capacity. There is no reseller allowed, and in the case of the free plan, it must be a personal site, and not a business, or commercial site. The prices range from $0 – $25, and as follows.
